Kweep! -Charles Text messages are admissible-everyone keeps saying that the text messages arent admissible. but they are because the texts were on telephones that were city property so technically, because they were paid for by tax money, everyone who pays taxes should have the text stapled to their tax return or receipt of tax payment. as for forgiveness, its not a credit card. its like when i taught my baby cousin about 'accidents' and how if he did something 'by accident, then it wasnt punhsiable' to wit: 'oh. that was 'on' accident' we then the discussion of intent. he was four. we also discussed intent with an excuse lined up. and it appears that they never had that. they never had a 'what if we get caught'. lastly. the reason for the entire mess is still pretty muddled. there is no clear readers digest version. but i'll give it a shot 1. the police are used to guard the mayor 2. they are paid overtime 3 they were paid overtime to guard the mayor while he was at the beatty house 4. they had a discussion that since he was at another man's house, with another man's wife, if the husband came home to kill the mayor, would they have to kill the guy 6. i think they honestly werent sure so they finally had to ask ' what do we do if this happens? 7. the i.a. investigation started and they got fired. they were fired for tryign to figure out if they would hae to kill mr beatty if he tried to hurt the mayor while he was with christine so when they said 'no we werent' having an affair' then the question arose 'then how did the i.a. investigation that lead to their firing get launched' the result of the i.a. investigation was that the cops were being paid overtime for duties to the mayor that were not neccessarily 'mayoral and that was why they were fired. for misuse of overtime. well they were demoted which is fired. and the whistle blowers act came into effect because they blew the whistel on the fact that their boss authorized the overtime for the 'lookout'. if the man mentions god one more time or family one more time im gonna erl. he's bastardized the concept of both. he has ruined two families and im sure the dancing strawberry was not a jehovahs witness door to door magazine lady. we need to support our police department before their morale seeps into an abysmal depressive state. unless , well. they are partying at the big house right now. but mostly, is a sad day. -yme Nonsense - Another shame! It was nice for the experience; but, was not happy with the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center, and the way cabdrivers demonstrated "highway robbery" to tourists. Overall, I had a good time; but, I have to name Detroit, "the ballers town." At least Downtown Detroit area; but, I found it very sad to view the areas outside of Downtown Detroit, and that's where I realize what is going on with the mayor. All I can do is pray for him; but, it's time for some serious representation; mainly for African Americans in Detroit; especially with the possibility of Barack Obama may be president. Kwame, "man up", and just say no, step down, and keep it moving while you still have whatever dignity that you may have left. You and your family are in my prayers. He cost the CITY of DETROIT - and as a result - sutrrounding communities - MILLIONS of DOLLARS. His administration was a mess long before this, this is just the icing on the cake.
